Middle School Procedures (Grades 6-8)

A completed application to Solomon Schechter Day School (Middle School) of Nassau County includes:

1. Application for Admission
2. A Student Application
3. A signed Release of Records form
4. A non refundable application processing fee of $100.
5. If you are interested in applying for financial aid, please check the appropriate box on the Application Form.
6. Please sign the Application for Admission form and submit with the application fee.

Transportation

All Nassau and Suffolk students should apply to their local school district for transportation. Your district is required to transport students to any school of your choice within a 15 mile radius of your home. You must request the transportation prior to April 1st the year preceding enrollment and every year thereafter. You may always withdraw the application, you cannot initiate it after April 1st.
